About these terms

ShowOps is operated by Aftershock PC Pte Ltd for authorised business use. These terms describe the conditions for using the application.

Accounts and acceptable use

Use only your assigned account and keep access credentials secure. You must not bypass permissions, access records without authorisation, interfere with the service or upload unlawful content.

Information you submit

Enter accurate information and upload only material you are authorised to provide. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in photographs, payment evidence or notes.

Review and verification

Users must check scanned order numbers before confirming them. OCR results, calculated totals and synchronised information may contain errors or delays.

Recording a sale does not by itself verify payment, confirm platform reconciliation or establish entitlement to commission. Follow the applicable business approval procedures.

Confidentiality

Customer, staff and operational information must only be used and shared for authorised business purposes.

Availability and access

ShowOps may be unavailable during maintenance or service-provider interruptions. Report errors promptly and follow your organisation's alternative procedures when necessary.

Access may be restricted or withdrawn when authorisation ends or misuse is suspected.

Other policies and contact

These terms supplement, rather than replace, applicable employment agreements, customer contracts and mandatory legal rights. Personal information is handled as described in the ShowOps Privacy Policy.
