Privacy Policy

ShowOps is a sales and event-operations application operated by Aftershock PC Pte Ltd (we, us). It is intended for authorised staff and administrators. This policy explains how we handle personal information through ShowOps.

  • Account information, including names, email addresses, user roles and sign-in identifiers.
  • Customer contact details, order references, purchased products, payment status and fulfilment information.
  • Uploaded payment evidence and order photographs, including cropped images and extracted order numbers.
  • Staff activity, sales attribution, commission-related records and audit histories.
  • Session information and technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.

When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides basic identity information, such as your account identifier, name and email address, according to the permissions granted. We use this information to authenticate you and associate you with your authorised ShowOps account. Sign-in identity and account information are processed through Supabase authentication and stored as needed to manage access.

ShowOps requests basic identity permissions for Google sign-in, not access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts. Your Google password is not provided to ShowOps.

We use information to manage access, record and reconcile sales, manage inventory and fulfilment, support reporting, investigate errors and maintain an audit trail.

ShowOps uses service providers, including Supabase for authentication and private file storage, Vercel for application hosting, and email-delivery services for account communications. Relevant order information may be exchanged with connected Shopify stores when authorised users perform order-management actions.

Access to operational records is restricted according to account permissions. Authorised staff and administrators may access information needed for their duties. Service providers may process information in countries outside your location. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

We do not sell personal information or use Google account information for advertising.

ShowOps uses cookies and browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions, remember settings and support draft and workspace recovery. Information stored on a shared device may remain until cleared. Sign out when finished and use only approved devices for operational work.

We retain information while reasonably needed for operations, recordkeeping, security and applicable legal obligations. Removing account access does not automatically delete historical sales, uploaded evidence, backups or audit records.

We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Contact mark@aftershockpc.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. Requests are subject to identity checks and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

You can also revoke Google access through your Google Account settings. Revocation does not itself delete existing ShowOps records.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The current version and effective date will appear on this page.
